Member of the Glamorgan County team in 2009.
Member of the Glamorgan training squad and Level 1 Club coach for many years.
Chairman of the local sports initiative group and runs a separate RAF cadet archery group.
Jointly responsible for developing the Castle Bowmen Junior Club and structuring the beginner coaching sessions.
Also holds a number of County and Welsh Records.
Enthusiastic and competitive member of the club. In her very first competitive year of archery achieved 3rd place in the Welsh Rankings, and in her 2nd year was ranked #2. Already holds many County and Welsh records for Barebow. Coordinates the Winter and Summer Postal league tournaments for the club. Current Glamorgan County Champion.
Level 1 Coach to pass with flying colours & very Competitive Archer with many medals. Initiated and administers the club equipment loan scheme.
Enthusiastic tournament competitor who also assists in
coordinating the Beginners coaching and helping with the Castle Bowmen Junior club.

Held many important roles in the running of the club and always giving consistent support and assistance in everything he does.

Achieved GMB (Grand Master Bowmen) for Barebow.

Glamorgan County Champion on 10 occasions.
Organiser of many tournaments including the Glamorgan County Indoor Championships many times.
Holds numerous Recurve and Barebow Welsh and Glamorgan records.
